Blending rock, blues, country, soul, and improvisation, Lecia’s music has taken her throughout Australia, the USA, Europe, the UK, Hong Kong, Dubai, and Abu Dhabi. An award-winning songwriter, her original music has been featured on television and radio nationally and internationally. She has shared the bill with Australia’s most iconic artists, including Jimmy Barnes, James Morrison, Jon Stevens, Grinspoon, The Black Sorrows, Ross Wilson, The Baby Animals, Sarah McLeod, Suzi Quatro, Phil Emmanuel, and Daryl Braithwaite. Lecia has also performed at major Australian festivals including Woodford Folk Festival, Blues on Broadbeach, Gympie Muster, Adelaide Guitar Festival (where she served as a guitar tutor), Agnes Blues & Roots Festival, Mullumbimby Festival, Rock the Boat, West End Festival and more.

Starting at the beginning, Lecia released her debut EP Heaven or Hell in 2005, with the track Reynold Waters earning a Top 10 position in the Music Oz Instrumental Songwriting Competition. Legendary songwriter Brian Cadd praised her song Fly as “fabulous” and invited her to perform on his Morning of the Earth tour. Her debut album Into Being followed in 2009, remastered in 2015, gaining airplay in Australia, New Zealand, and the USA, including New York’s Mary’s Magical Music Show. Songs like Little Girl achieved high rotation on US college radio, and the acoustic version of Honiara was featured on Triple J’s Roots ‘n All.

Her 2016 EP Per Te featured the award-winning track Individual, which held #1 on Triple J Unearthed for three weeks and won Griffith’s Out of the Blue competition. Subsequent releases include Live at Serotonin Studios (2019), Presenting (2021), Power and Passion (2023 — featuring the #1 Triple J Unearthed single My Everything), and Live at Blues on Broadbeach – Tell That Devil (2024).

Lecia has been developing her next album for the past seven years, recorded between Nashville and Australia, produced alongside Michael Flanders, Steve James, Jason Millhouse, and 8Ball Aitken. The project features acclaimed musicians including Malcolm Foster (Simple Minds, Pretenders), Ian Peres (The Whitlams, Wolfmother), and Cameron McGlinchey (The Screaming Jets). Her recent single One Man, released in February, reached #2 on the AMRAP Regional Charts, #1 on the Alternative Country Chart, and received airplay across ABC, CMAA, and numerous other stations, with production contributions from James Black ( Black Sorrows, Rock Wiz, Mondo Rock) and Ross Wilson (Daddy Cool, Mondo Rock).​

The new single, 'One man' was released February 19 and has already been added to ABC, made it to top 5 in the AMRAP regional charts, CMAA, many playlists and multiple radio stations. 'One Man' was a collaboration with 8Ball Aitken, and had the production finished with the legendary James Black (The Black Sorrows, RocKwiz), and with some input from the acclaimed Ross Wilson (Daddy Cool, Mondo Rock, ARIA Hall of fame.)
